Carol Scott has 50 years of experience in nursing and healthcare management; 40 of those years have been spent in Senior Care, working for nonprofit and for-profit healthcare organizations. She has held a variety of positions including: CEO/Administrator, University and Nation-wide Instructor, Director of Nursing, Director of Quality Improvement, Case Manager, Program Coordinator/ Consultant, and Independent Healthcare Consultant. She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration, a Registered Nurse License, a Nursing Home Administrator’s License, as well as past American Nursing Association Certifications in Gerontology and Nurse Executive - Advanced. She has also been a Fellow in the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration. In 2010, Carol obtained her Memory Care Certification. She is also a licensed Dementia Practitioner. She has accumulated over 2,000 hours in continuing education credits. Carol’s passion is to improve healthcare for seniors. Carol loves to educate caregivers, families and residents, and to share her knowledge of dementia and senior care in the greater community and has been a resource to multiple facilities nationwide on Memory Care. She has written numerous Policy and Procedure Manuals for various Senior Living Communities. Carol co-innovated a nationally manufactured dementia product, The Resident Room Privacy Gate, which received a national award from the American Society on Aging for Innovative Product Design in 1996. She brings many years of expertise working with the geriatric population, particularly those with dementia.
Kim Stolte has been a nurse since 1997. Most of her career she has worked as a Labor and Delivery RN. Currently she is working in Bozeman, Montana. She has also worked as a nurse in long term care and assisted living facilities. Kim has experience as a travel nurse in New Zealand, Hawaii, Texas, California and Oregon. Kim has kept her focus on Patient Safety and providing excellent patient care.
