Gallatin CNA School is offering scholarships for Native American, Indigenous American and Alaska Native students that have goals to pursue a career in nursing. The amount given to the applicant will vary depending on need and the number of received applicants.
To be eligible for a scholarship, the candidate must be someone who has blood degree from and is recognized as such by a federally recognized tribe or village and is an enrolled tribal member ; recommended by their counselor, teacher, or other community member; and should have a career goal directly related to caring for the needs of the Indian people. The applicant does not need to be a highschool graduate, but must show motivation to want to learn the material required to be a Certified Nurse Assistant.
